Who can use Jilo
Jilo is for people 18 and older searching for roommates or listing an open room. You agree to provide accurate information and to complete identity verification where required.
Your responsibilities
Use real photos and accurate details, treat other members with respect, and never share financial information or send deposits before verifying a listing in person. Harassment, discrimination, fraudulent listings, and spam are not allowed.
Verification & safety
Posting a listing or sending a first message requires identity verification. We may review reports and remove accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.
No guarantee of outcomes
Jilo helps you find compatible roommates, but we do not guarantee any match, lease, or living arrangement, and we are not a party to agreements you make with other members.
